Who The Heck Am I...?
Howdy, my name is J.D. Larabee. I have been drawing cartoons, animating videos, creating children's books and graphic novels since the late 1980's. I also draw store signs, create store displays and even make appearances at parties to draw caricatures.
I have spent most of my life in Central Ohio. But, I have been all over United States as a guest artist at store openings, Comic Conventions and various other shows selling my art and autographing my comics and prints.
My "day-job" is in retail. I specialize in retail signage for sales, as well as building displays for special events. But in my "off-hours", I am usually drawing cartoons at parties or other "shindigs". And on occasion, I do illustrations for books and create animations for various customers.
